Go on green — 85% ready to train with a green recovery ring Ease off on amber — 57% easy run only, keep it zone 1–2 Rest on red — 30% rest day, recover instead of grinding Built for runners — one clear verdict from your Apple Watch

One clear verdict, every morning

No extra hardware. No black-box score you have to trust blindly.

🟢

Three-tier verdict

Train hard, easy run, or rest — with a recovery ring you can read in a second, on your phone and your wrist.

💬

Every call explains itself

No mystery number. "HRV 12% below your 7-day normal, resting HR up" — you see the factors behind every verdict.

📈

Your personal baseline

A rolling 7-day baseline from your overnight HRV, blended with resting heart rate and last night's sleep — plus a 14-day trend chart with your normal-range band.

On your wrist and Home Screen

An Apple Watch app with the same recovery ring, watch-face complications, and Home and Lock Screen widgets.

🌅

The verdict comes to you

An optional morning notification carries the actual call — updated in the background after you wake, without opening the app.

🔒

Private by design

Every calculation runs on your iPhone. Your health data never leaves your device — see the privacy policy.

A note on calibration: Ready2Run learns your personal baseline from about a week of overnight Apple Watch wear before it gives a verdict. Until then it shows a "Calibrating" state instead of guessing — that's expected, not a bug.
