Privacy Policy

Iconly respects your privacy. Your designs, projects, and preferences are stored locally on your Mac. We do not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or contact details, and we have no user accounts or servers of our own.

The short version: your icons and projects stay on your Mac. The only thing that leaves it is anonymous app-usage and crash information, which contains none of your designs.

1. Analytics & Diagnostics

We use third-party analytics services to understand how the app is used and to diagnose crashes, so we can improve functionality and stability.

This app uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, which may collect anonymous data such as:

App interactions (e.g. screens viewed, actions taken)
Device information (e.g. operating system version, device model)
Approximate location (country or region)
Crash diagnostics (stack traces, app state at crash time)

This data is anonymous, not linked to your identity, and is used solely for analytics and app improvement. It is not used for advertising or for tracking you across other apps and websites. Analytics data may be processed by Google Firebase in accordance with their privacy policy.

2. Purchases

Iconly uses Apple's StoreKit framework to handle the optional one-time Pro unlock purchase. Apple's privacy policy applies to that transaction. We never see your payment details.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

No account, name, email address, or phone number.
No contents of your icon designs, imported artwork, or project documents.
No advertising identifier, and no tracking across other apps or websites.

Terms of Service

Iconly is distributed through the Mac App Store under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
